1. What this is
Buying Crack Book is an education tool. A reading of published guidance, not an inspection. Buying Crack Book cannot see the house and never tells you a house is fine. Hire a qualified home inspector (licensed where your state requires it), and a structural engineer when the reading says so. Nothing on this site is a home inspection, a structural survey, engineering advice or a valuation, and it must not be used in place of one.
2. Your readings
Readings are worked out from what you enter. If a measurement or description is wrong, the reading will be too. Published guidance summarised here may be updated by its authors; check the source before relying on it.
3. Your Crack Book
Your book opens from a private link. Anyone holding the link can open it; we cannot recover a lost link. A book not opened for two years, and with no Pass running, is deleted. You can delete your book at any time from the book page.
4. The Crack Book Pass
Crack Book Pass $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, billed by PayPal in US dollars, renewing until you cancel. Cancel in PayPal at any time; the Pass runs to the end of the paid period. During the preview payments are off and every Pass feature is free.
5. Fair use
Do not try to break, overload or scrape the site. Connections that make too many changes in an hour are slowed down.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, the site is provided as it is, and WeldonPC is not liable for decisions about buying, selling, repairing or insuring a property made using it.
